LTC is Lowell’s public and government access television stations and community media center.
We operate Lowell cable channels 8, 95 & 99, stream content on LTC.org.

Sponsoring LTC helps the community in a variety of ways: we provide access to technology, education in media production, community event space, and a distribution network for locally created media. We also have programming in: job training, media archiving, youth programming and more.
