LTC is Lowell’s community media center and has provided space and tools to individuals, students, seniors, businesses, and non-profit groups to create and share their messages and ideas since 1995!
LTC is an independent 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides residents of Lowell and Surrounding areas the training and tools to create non-commercial television and radio programming that expresses their viewpoints and perspectives to the community at large. LTC members volunteer their times and talents at our productions facilities, working collaboratively to help create programs which are then aired on LTC’s channels through your Comcast cable provider. LTC’s vibrant membership airs thousands of hours of original programming annually, including programs in many different languages that speak directly to the rich diversity of our local community.
LTC offers gathering space, user-friendly technology instruction, and all of the tools you need to create multimedia messages that are relevant to you and your audience.
