LTC is a non-profit media center embedded in the Lowell community. Proceeds from production service fees go toward membership assistance for Lowell’s low income residents and help to provide media services to the community.
LTC’s experienced staff producers create high-quality programs from conception to delivery. We are capable of filming events, as well as producing short public service announcements (PSA), informational TV programs, promotional spots, or documentaries. Your project can be broadcast on LTC and used in any other way. Each project is unique and the services provided will be tailored to fit.
