Good news for those who have trouble hearing the Lowell City Council meetings! LTC is now providing closed captioning on the Channel 99 replays and the on-demand video of the meetings. You can watch the meetings on the LTC website here: City Council On-Demand. Once people begin speaking, you will see the “cc” button at the bottom of the video, which turns on the captioning. Enjoy!
