LTC has changed its name to better align with its 21st century mission. Lowell Telecommunications Corporation is now LOWELL TELEMEDIA CENTER. Still called “LTC,” it operates three TV channels in Lowell, distributes on-line media, teaches media making skills, and provides state of the art media production equipment and facilities to residents of greater Lowell. You don’t have to live or work in Lowell to join. Check us out at our Open House on January 25 from 5:00 to 7:00pm.
