    LTC, through a partnership with the City of Lowell, is dedicated to providing citizens with gavel- to-gavel coverage of city council meetings and many other government meetings.
  • Underwriting LTC Programming

    LTC is Lowell’s Non-Profit Media Center. Since 1992, LTC has been a part of the fabric of the City, providing programming that speaks directly to Lowell’s diverse residents. As an LTC underwriter, your business will be identified as an engaged member of the community and your support will help LTC continue to provide its media services in Lowell.

    "Chamber Chat TV" is a monthly program produced by the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce. Each episode highlights a small businesses in the Greater Lowell area. Watch "Chamber Chat TV" on Channel 99 Mondays & Tuesdays at 10:00pm, Thursdays at 3:00pm, and Sundays at 9:00am.
